Around the Farm

Cucumbers are trellised and this week we added another row of cucumbers, shishito peppers and poha berries alongside this planting.

At the height of summer we have plenty of herbs to add dimension to any dish, including shiso, pineapple sage and common sage.

Rows of heirloom corn buttressed by amaranth, purslane, tomatillos, beans and squash shine brightly in the morning sun.
