Accelerate Case Competition

Do you crave competition and want to showcase your creativity and problem-solving skills? Announcing Accelerate 2020, RUCSA'S first case competition, in partnership with CGI held on Saturday, November 21st. The day will be filled with keynotes, workshops, giveaways, and you will have to chance to meet like-minded students and industry professionals. With $3500 in prize money, this is an amazing event that you don’t want to miss out on!

Application deadline: SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2020 by 11:59 PM.

This event is open to ALL RYERSON students from all faculties and year. You DO NOT have to be in co-op to apply! 

No experience with case competitions? Not to worry, what makes this case competition unique is that every team will be paired with a RUCSA Student Mentor who will help support you throughout the day.

Citi Canada Technology Women’s Leadership Program

Citi's Leadership Program is designed for undergraduate technology students that are in their second year (ie. Class of 2023) of a Technology-related undergraduate degree. This program will offer virtual mentorship and provide training on how to navigate the Technology Summer Analyst interview process for the summer of 2022. 

Requirements: 

- current 2nd-year undergraduate student enrolled in a Baccalaureate Degree program

- self-identify as female

- have an interest in working in a high tech global technology environment and have a basic understanding of technologies

Tip of the Day - INTERVIEWS

If an interviewer asks you, “What is your weakness?”, ensure to specify how you have been working towards improving your weakness. Stating your weakness and outlining an actionable plan will show the interviewer that you are eager to learn.
