"Transparency matters". - Trish Regan

 

As we are already closely approaching at the half of 2024 (how are those new year's resolutions going huh 👀), we figured that it was a good opportunity to be transparent about where we are at (5 months post launching KINAVIA), the projects we are currently focusing on and the goals we are chasing. As a small business, we are learning and working on so many things that are important for us to share.

BUILD HIGH ACHIEVERS

 

We released KINAVIA in December 2023 right when we publicly announced "0 to 694" challenge. The goal was to use the 250km ultra distance physical endeavor to promote the launch of our 1:1 ONLINE PREMIUM COACHING services and to officially begin Max and I association (plus, doing something kinda hard along the way).  

 

Since then, we started to work with a few clients in order to help them elevate their life though a holistic fitness lens.  

 

Geoffrey succeeded all of his SIAMU physical tests in order to enter Service d'Incendie et d'Aide Médicale Urgente de la Région de Bruxelles-Capitale. Through 3 Functional Resistance Training workouts per week along side specific conditioning circuits while simultaneously developing a solid cardiovascular base with his running and swimming skills. 

 

Louis is about to explore what the Mont Blanc's summit looks like in a few weeks. Through his Functional Resistance and cardiovascular training, he has been able to drastically improve his fitness and is feeling more confident than ever to tackle his ascent the 25th of Mai 2024. 

 

Jordan contacted us with a curiosity to implement running within his good old passion for the gym. With close to zero experience in the running department, he trusted us to complete the next legendary 20km of Brussels while continuously building his physique at the same time. 

 

 

ELEVATE ONLINE PROGRAM 

 

While we continuously thrive for elevating those who wants more from life, we are currently in the process of developing an online training program that will focus on developing your functional resistance fitness for a full year while being able to add on top of that your running goals. From a semi-marathon, marathon, or even an ultra distance race, the program will be structured to support your current running volume while giving the opportunity to discover what thoughtful resistance program really looks like.

 

The program will offers:

 

  • 4 Functional Resistance Training / week of 60-90' each. 

  • Fun & challenging workouts that will improve your overall strength, body composition, movement fluidity & mobility. 

  • Continuous progressions that builds up from week to week with 4 micro-cycles of 16 weeks. 

  • Dedicated for fitness enthusiast that have 2+ years of experience in the gym (male & female approved)

  • An optional "ADD ON" 16 weeks running program based on your distance goal at anytime of the year.

Our own little studio is slowly getting ready for our 1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING ONSITE, and a bunch of content creation that we can't wait to share with you guys!
