This is the time of year when churches who are engaged in short-term missions begin to make plans for next year. While many churches are familiar with MNA ShortTerm there are many that are unfamiliar with the breadth of our opportunities and services. Part of my job is to cast vision for this ministry, contacting churches and ministry leaders, in order to help mobilize and equip them to serve. One of the ways I cast vision is by contacting individual churches through an ancient marketing method of the phone call. 

Would you pray for me as I begin the process of calling churches. Currently there are over 2000 churches in the PCA. I will begin by calling churches where I have a relationship but most of the work will be through "cold calls," using the PCA church directory. Please pray for the gatekeepers (secretaries) to connect me with the decision makers in the church. Please pray for a great receptivity and desire that would lead to a connection with one of our 25 short-term ministry sites across the United States. Please pray that through this many would know the love of Christ as his people love and serve in His name.
