Elementary Chorus Fifth and Sixth grade students have the option to sign up for Chorus again this year. We meet daily from 7:45-8:10, after students eat breakfast and check in with their homeroom teacher. A blue paper with more information went home with all students who signed up for Chorus. Please contact Mrs. Burgoon if you need another copy of this blue paper or if you child would like to join our awesome team! |

Classroom Management Forms We will be focusing on RESPECT this month in music class. If your child brings home an orange paper or Think Sheet from music class indicating disrespectful behavior, please discuss this behavior with your child, then return the signed paper to school. In addition, there are yellow “Happy Notes” that may get sent home with your child. Let’s work together to make this year a success in the music room! |

|
MusicplayOnline We will continue to use musicplayonline.com this year in music class. Feel free to explore musicplayonline.com and play games at home. Simply login as a student and enter the student code, which is found in Google Classroom. You can find the games by clicking the video game controller icon in the menu. Mrs. Burgoon LOVES the trivia wheel game! Different levels can be found in the boxes under the spinning wheel. Have fun! |

Star-Spangled Banner Project Francis Scott Key wrote the words to our National Anthem on September 14, 1814. Did you know that less than 40% of Americans know all of the words to our National Anthem? Check out the tune for The Star Spangled Banner and other patriotic tunes with this game! Sing our national anthem for Mrs. Burgoon (without looking at the words!) to get your name on the wall! |
