Good tidings and season’s greetings.
This time last year, the turmoil of the pandemic was still playing havoc with many travel plans, and it continued to be a challenging time for my little business.
I am delighted to say that the last year has seen a steady return of confidence, as well as lots of my lovely clients being able to enjoy long awaited holidays. Plus I managed to resume overseas adventures this year with a lovely break to Madeira, a much-anticipated return to Croatia and last month’s wonderful belated 50th birthday trip to St Lucia and the beautiful island of Bequia, which I will be sharing more about soon.
It was considerably cooler in Essex where I recently enjoyed a celebratory get together with colleagues.
In October, I was also able to catch up with many of the Holidaysplease team at our first conference since 2019. I was honoured to be given an 'Outstanding Achievement Award', in recognition of the hard work I have been putting into my website and social media, which many of you seem to be enjoying.
The wonderful holiday reviews I receive are so appreciated; the latest client blogs and testimonials have been added to my website. Please let me know if you would like to share something about a trip or a review of my service as I am keen to publish more of them.
Your amazing support plays a big part in winning awards and thank you for continuing to share my details with your families, friends and associates who may be needing an experienced personal travel agent as holidays plans for 2023 and beyond are discussed over the festive period.
One of my recommendations for winter sun is influenced by my recent travels and is featured in my latest piece on the Caribbean’s best boutique hotels, which I hope you enjoy reading.
Happy holidays and warm wishes for 2023,
Susan x
