As you are aware, ACCHS will be running an overnight mat program in Athabasca this winter. Our target date to open the program is December 15, 2022. We are currently in the process of onboarding our new employees that will run this program and provide the necessary services to our homeless folks in Athabasca.
WE NEED YOUR HELP!
ACCHS needs the community's help to make this program successful this winter. We simply cannot do it without your support.

UPCOMING PROJECTS:
Bottle Drive: Boston Pizza in Athabasca is generously donating several loads of empty bottles to ACCHS. Additionally, Boston Pizza has offered to match the return with a CASH donation which will double our profits! Thank you BPs! We need the help of a few generous folks with trucks to pick up the bottles and deliver them to the bottle depot during the week of November 28th. Mat Program Work Bee: Our board will be working hard to get the facility up and running by December 15th. We are planning a work bee on December 4th at 1:00 p.m. Come ready to clean and prepared to work! If you are interested in helping, please reach out to us at athabascacares@gmail.com.
OTHER WAYS TO HELP:
We are seeking a used washing machine and dryer set in good working condition please let us know if you have one that you might be willing to donate.
