While online shopping is nice and convenient, we know that sometimes we all miss the opportunity to get up close and personal with the goods, have a touch and feel of the materials, maybe try on an item or two to check the fit... With that in mind we've been attending loads of events to get out and about and meet you all - and we're now stocked in Ride Innerleithen, a bike shop based in the mountain biking mecca of Innerleithen in the Tweed Valley. In case you missed any of our self-congratulation and back-patting, we thought we'd let you know that Falling Leaf Clothing has made it through to the finals of the StartUp Awards National Series - nominated for the Online Retail Award. The final stage involved this video of the FLC elevator pitch and an explanation of why we think we should win the award - enjoy watching Lindsay squirm! The finals are in June so we'll keep you updated with all the winners once they're announced at a (presumably) glittering ceremony in the funky SWG3 venue in Glasgow. Keep your fingers crossed for us! |
