Rev. Paul's sermon this Sunday was about the need we have to be seen- seen by each other, seen with love and understanding, seen by God- experiencing God's grace. I have been thinking about that as I met with the Church School leaders to talk about our online classes and all of our kids. I feel like we can spend a lot of time in large meetings and not feel seen. We have tried to create an online classroom where each child is seen, but this can be hard in a large group. So we are trying new ways to be all together and to have everyone be seen. With everything that is going on, we hope this helps. Please also know that whatever choices you make to get through this, we understand and send you prayers and love. And we will once again be together in church and see each other in person.

Lower School This SUNDAY

Here are the BIG THREE for this Sunday:

1. We will be hearing another Felt Story from Skyla and Katie, and then heading into breakout rooms to color and chat with classmates.
2. We will be showing our latest adventures with Flat Jesus- I need your photos and stories- :- ) Check out all the directions to make your own Flat Jesus here.
3. This is wear your favorite PJs Sunday! Are they batman pjs? Bunny onesies? Elsa? Share your morning in your jammie best. (This is totally voluntary...only if they would enjoy it!)

Upper School this SUNDAY

An assignment! We are asking our Upper School students, with the permission of their parents, to send us a link to a video or story that made them feel good this week: it could be a story of people helping people, or their favorite cute puppy video. At class this week we will ask the kids to introduce their video and say a little about why they chose it and then we will watch it all together. This is also totally voluntary- if they are uncomfortable doing this or would prefer me to read their introduction to their video- just let me know. ( And they can wear pjs too if they like!) email links to me at churchschool@allsaintschelmsford.org
