Every BODY is Beautiful introduces child-friendly actionable steps toward becoming more body positive. This children's book is an extension of the 'Every Body Is Beautiful' campaign by the Chariho Youth Task Force and proceeds go toward community education and programming. The Chariho Youth Task Force was founded over 13 years ago by Chariho Middle School students and is now a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization doing work across our community to improve health and wellness. Our mission is to educate, empower, and engage youth and adults in order to create a sense of community, to promote wellness, and to sustain opportunity for Chariho voices to be heard. We envision a society driven toward physical and mental well-being created through collaboration, education, and activism to promote a positive community climate. |
