1. What is your favourite thing about CrossFit Ashlar?
I love how positive, friendly, and welcoming our community is and seeing people of all ages enjoying fitness. I am so proud to raise Poppy in a community where exercising is a fun thing we get to do for our health & well-being!
2. What is your favourite post workout meal?
An air fried grilled turkey & cheese sandwich dipped in ketchup, and some veggies on the side!
3. Which accomplishment are you most proud of?
I am so proud of prioritizing regular fitness since becoming a Mom last August. I always joke about the coaches & members being Poppy’s gym coparents but we honestly could not do it without the community’s amazing support. Many have entertained Poppy or carried her around so I can finish a WOD. George Lake would happily give up an entire WOD to chase her around! Coming to Ashlar & getting a workout in however we can has been the best part of our day during maternity leave!
4. What is your next goal?
I want a bar muscle up!
5. What is your favourite CrossFit movement?
Burpees alllllll day!
