Dear Friends, The 1,000-piece puzzle of Easter eggs wasn't easy to complete. Several people worked on it, and that is part of what makes it so beautiful. If you've ever puzzled over why eggs are prevalent at Easter, it's largely about new life and rebirth. For Christians, eggs symbolize the resurrection of Jesus. This week is what is known at Holy Week. Holy as in set aside for God and Holy as in "whole." Just like the puzzle that took several people to become whole, Middleway can offer you that holy space to seek God for yourself but in a community of others who also are seeking the wholeness of life. This week we shorten our open hours in observance of Holy Week. We will open be Tuesday at 1-4 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday 10 a.m.-4 p.m. We hope to see you. |

Come on Wednesdays, March 27 and April 17, 7-8 p.m. to visit with others who feel the same. We're gathering a group that seeks to create space for those who would describe themselves as “done” with church, or those who no longer feel at home or accepted in church settings for a variety of reasons but who still want to grow in their faith. Led by Heidi Campbell, with her husband Troy Shepherd, the group meets monthly. Come help us build a supportive and safe space for spiritual conversations and contemplation with others. |
