REDC is thrilled to announce Adam Moaratty has joined REDC as an administrative assistant.

Adam is responsible for client intake, administrative duties, and providing support to the REDC team. Adam was born and raised in Exeter, NH. When not at REDC, he can be found reading, playing bass guitar, or (hopefully) winning a game of bar trivia.

Welcome to the team, Adam!

CEDS Update

REDC's Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) Steering Committee held a meeting at the Londonderry Town Hall on January 18th. Committee members participated in a work session for 2023 CEDS content planning. The meeting concluded with a presentation and tour of Woodmont Commons in Londonderry, a 600-acre mixed-use space in development, permitted for up to 1.8 million square feet of commercial space, over 1,400 residential dwelling units, plus hotel, institutional, and civic uses.

A big thanks to the Town of Londonderry, New Hampshire for hosting us.

It’s that time of the year again – REDC is looking for new projects to include on our 2023 Priority Project List.

The Priority Project List, which is part of the CEDS, can help your project, whether it be grant opportunities, EDA/federal recognition, or regional support. The Priority Project List contains local and regional infrastructure, development, and planning projects that address at least one of the CEDS goals. Inclusion of a project on the Priority Project List gives the project national recognition via approval from the Economic Development Administration.

Examples of Priority Projects include:

  • Industrial Park Infrastructure

  • Green Technology

  • Water Line / Sewer Line

  • Workforce Housing Projects

  • Regional Infrastructure

  • Master Planning

  • Transportation Projects

  • Brownfields

  • Engineering Studies

If you have a new project you’d like to discuss, please contact Jen Kimball at Jennifer@redc.com or 603-772-2655.

Tax Credit Support Recognition

REDC would like to highlight the generous support of Meredith Village Savings Bank, who purchased $5,500 in REDC tax credits and Pentucket Bank, who purchased $50,000 in REDC tax credits. This tremendous support will aid the NH New Americans Loan Fund, a fund that assists business development and job creation for new Americans (first generation immigrants) in New Hampshire.

We are so thankful for your support!
