REDC Welcomes Diane Lewis as a New Business Advisor |

REDC is pleased to welcome Diane Lewis as a Business Advisor, working closely with existing and prospective business owners to provide guidance, resources and assistance with capital to start or growth their businesses. She will also participate in building new relationships and deepening partnerships with local lenders. Diane will work alongside REDC Business Advisor, Kerri Salls, and REDC Design Advisor, Laura Harper Lake. Diane comes to REDC with over 40 years of banking experience. As a banker, she particularly enjoyed working with entrepreneurs, helping them realize their dreams. In her latest role prior to joining REDC, Diane was VP, Small Business/Commercial Lender for TD Bank for over nine years, serving predominantly Seacoast NH. Over the years, she has held various positions including a licensed banker, and selling insurance and investment products. Diane’s passion for sharing her experience with others is apparent in her partnerships with the Dover Chamber of Commerce, SCORE, UNH where she delivered a number of Small Business workshops. Diane holds a B.S. in Business from University of Maine and an A.S. from Thomas College. She lives in Epping, NH, with her partner Michael and Max, their 2-year-old Cockapoo. Diane enjoys time with their five children and nine grandchildren. She is known to spend her spare time hiking, working in her garden, taking long walks with Max, and traveling to warmer climates. |

Diane is also joined by her dog Max, who is REDC’s new CFO (Chief Fun Officer). Max, who always wears a smile, works hard to make sure our tails keep wagging throughout the day. |

Tax Credit Support Recognition |

REDC would like to highlight the generous support of Enterprise Bank, who purchased $50,000 in REDC tax credits; Grappone Automotive Group, who purchased 25,000 in REDC tax credits; and Camden National Bank, who purchased $15,000 in REDC tax credits. This tremendous support will aid the NH New Americans Loan Fund, a fund that assists business development and job creation for new Americans (first generation immigrants) in New Hampshire. 100% Funded! REDC is thrilled to announce Kevin has reached full funding on his Kiva project! His business, F & R Transportation, based in Manchester, NH, received $6,500 from a total of 91 lenders through KIVA's online crowdfunding lending platform. Congratulations, Kevin! This loan will help increase F & R Transportation's insurance levels so that they may be certified with Medicaid and Medicare and assist people at no cost to them. |
