One of the most exciting new developments is that Transform 1012 N. Main Street was included in the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies draft funding bill for 2022!Congressman Marc Veasey from Texas’s 33rd District submitted our project to the House Appropriations Committee for potential funding. The request is in the draft federal budget. If the budget passes as is, Transform 1012 will receive $3 million of federal funding to cover the cost of purchasing the building and a portion of the stabilization costs.
