Hands up to who thought at first glance this artwork was a painting? I certainly mistook this incredible TEXTILE work as a painting, not an embroidered masterpiece! The colour and detail is insane! Aileen is the most talented textile artist I have come across in a while; I am blown away by her talent. You can find Aileen's work on her instagram page and The Doorway Gallery (Ireland) which coincidentally represents Lucy Doyle, another talented artist whom I admire. |
