Happy New Year! Welcome to these notes ringing in 2020.

Last week, Renee O'Neil visited our main location and interviewed staff - here's the clip from CN2 News - Rock Hill. 
 
Through these interviews we were able to increase public's awareness and understanding of what music therapy is all about.

NAMI Charlotte Drum Circle
Saturday, January 18

Join us next Saturday! You may bring your own drum or use one of the provided instruments. No "skill" is required and it is free to attend through the generosity of host site: Providence United Methodist Church & funding by Creative Mornings Charlotte. Water bottles & ear plugs will be supplied. PMT Staff will be on site to help by facilitating the drum circle. Bring a friend & 
register online here. 

Do you or a loved one wish to learn or relearn how to play a musical instrument in the New Year? Consider joining our studio with weekly 30 minute lessons taught by a staff member.
Lesson Rates are $30/traditional & $35/adapted.
Available lessons for instruction include: 
composition, guitar, percussion, piano, ukulele and voice.

Monthly Roots & Shoots Music Classes sponsored by DSAGC will meet on Monday mornings starting this year. These are provided for young children  with Ds (age 0-5 years) and their caregiver.

Upcoming Roots & Shoots Classes

There will be 5 groups offered weekly for children ages 2 - 18 years starting 1/28 or 1/29. 
Group sizes range from 3 - 5 peers. Enrollment process and costs are linked below:

Interested in Treatment Services?
We are accepting new or returning clients of all ages with appointment options on week day mornings and afternoons. 
Submit a completed Intake Form and/or schedule a visit to tour our spaces in Charlotte, NC or Rock Hill, SC.

The week-long camp programs for children will return based upon interest level from last summer. They will be posted & available to register on 1/31/20.
 
Discounts are available for current clients/students and sibling registrants.
