October is World Mental Health Month

2022 World Mental Health Day theme: "Make mental health for all a global priority”.

Mental Health Month raises awareness of trauma and the impact it can have on the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of children, families, and communities. World Mental Health Day is observed on 10 October every year, with the overall objective of raising awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilizing efforts in support of mental health.

Led by students and mental health experts, Work2BeWell and NASSP offered a webinar series in August and September that was focused on helping teens reduce stress and proactively care for their own mental health. Click on the link below to watch these recorded events.
