Solstice Greetings!  Here at Sandhill Designs Bill and I are getting excited about the return of the light and a new year. As I reflect on the past nine months of full time art-making I am filled with gratitude. I've learned a lot and have had a tremendous amount of support from you, dear reader. Thank you for all you have done to make this art life the good life. The best is yet to come as I continue to make ART FIRST!

Castellani Museum exhibit to include my cut paper piece, Four Generations.
20/20 Vision, Women artists in Western New York is a unique first-of-its-kind exhibition brought to you by the Castellani Art Museum at Niagara University. Curator Michael Beam notes, "With 184 participating artists—this exhibition should prove powerful and spectacular!  Mark your calendars and plan to join us for the opening reception, Thursday, February 20, 5:00 - 7:00 p.m."

Did you make it to the Pop Up? We had a wonderful day on November 30th bringing art alive in our home. Five artists displayed — some even gave demonstrations. The place was abuzz with great conversations and holiday shopping. Here it is as featured in Monday Movie .22, in case you missed it.
