Welcome to the November edition of 'The Scoop' from

The Replenishery.

The nights are drawing in and whilst we've succumbed to putting the heating on, we do love that it is a perfect time of year to cook hearty stews and create a cosy atmosphere by lighting our Old Man and Magpie candles.

We are really looking forward to this month as we've got loads happening, not only will we be busy in store, but we are also hoping to get out on the road with a couple of markets and school visits. Keep a look out on our social media channels for more info. 

We're also pleased to announce that (at long last) we will be selling gift vouchers in the shop from tomorrow. You can buy a value of as much or as little as you like ...

In the news …

We like to watch a bit of cycling in the Replenishery Household and we were interested to see the new eco-friendly recycled kit for team Trek-Segafredo.

The kit manufacturer Santini have opted for two sustainable fabrics – one made using yarn recycled materials discarded in the environment, the other made from recycled fibres and yarns without using any polluting chemicals in order to reduce the consumption of natural resources and use of non-renewable power.

Focus on … Tea

Oli loves her tea, and when we went to York earlier this year (Ian took her for a romantic trip, which just happened to coincide with the Leigh Centurions game) we were so happy to stumble across the amazing Hebden Tea.

Hebden Tea first opened its doors in 2010, nestled in the picturesque valley setting of Hebden Bridge. Wherever possible they make every effort to purchase tea directly from the growers; allowing them not only to ensure the quality of teas, but to pass on savings to you.

Since its first opening, the shop has gone from strength to strength, but has maintained its independent spirit. They relocated to the historic York Shambles in 2011, we’re sure they’ll be happy to see you if you are the area.

Hebden Tea are passionate about bringing the highest quality teas from around the globe. We have a selection of 14 teas in The Replenishery, all of which we get delivered in paper.
