The past week has been a devastating time in our world with Russia waging war on (my motherland) Ukraine. I always tell my clients that when we go through times in our lives when it seems like there are so many things out of our control, we must lean into the things we CAN control and what better way than through honoring our healthy intentions.

In this month's newsletter I wanted to discuss how important ACCOUNTABILITY is when it comes to staying on track with your goals--whatever they may be. Let's face it, you can have the BEST program tailored for you to get you from point A to point B in a particular timeframe, but if you do not have a method in place to keep you ACCOUNTABLE with your actions, your chances of straying off course are exponential.
Let's first define what it means to be "accountable" followed by a few of my suggestions to help you be more accountable this month with your healthy intentions.
