Other distillery news...
Like many of you, 2021 has got off to a rocky start here on the farm. 12 months to the day since our region was evacuated due to the Black Summer bushfires, we spent this NYE watching another mass exodus as all our lovely Victorian visitors had to race back home to beat the COVID border closure. Local businesses have again been left reeling at losing the majority of their summer trade for the second year in a row.
To preserve the integrity of our manufacturing capacity, we have temporarily closed our Cellar Door while we await more information about the evolving COVID situation in regional NSW. We're confident this will just be a short pause, but please keep an eye on our website and social feeds for all the latest updates.
In the meantime, we'll be in the distillery making gin, including (drum roll) a brand new gin that we'll be launching later in the year!
