Greetings Trail Runners!
Thanks to all who came out for the inaugural Summit 700 Trail Runs! We’re quite confident these courses contain the most elevation gain by distance in the province, so congratulations to all for conquering some darn tough terrain!

A special thanks to the 50 plus volunteers who came out to support, encourage and ensure all the runners had a great experience. These events simply wouldn’t be possible without their generous donation of time and effort, thank you all so very much!
The event experience wouldn’t be the same without the generous support of our sponsors; The North Face, Subaru, Coors Light, Powerade, Clif Bar and Blue Mountain Resort. I hope everyone enjoyed the free products and great race infrastructure they provided making the event come to life!
Thanks also to all who donated to our charity partner Beaver Valley Outreach (BVO). This is a small local charity that does wonderful things for those in need in the local community. The BVO is in the midst of a $500,000 fundraising campaign in order to complete a move and renovation of a new building which will allow them to better serve the community. With your donations, we’ve helped raise over $1,400.00.

Thanks again to all for supporting the inaugural edition of Summit 700, fingers crossed this will be the first of many in the years to come. I hope the leg soreness has dissipated and you’re all gearing up for your next adventures!
