Term three sees the introduction of a new morning
Group Floor Class on Mondays at 9.30am.

Specialised Classes & Workshops for Term 3

Pilates J is also offering three specialised classes,
a Foot Fitness Class, a Whole Body Ball Rolling Class,
 a Somatic Awareness Class and a Sensory Movement Workshop. 

The Foot Fitness Class offers 80 minutes of focus on foot flexibility,
foot alignment and foot strength.

Whole Body Ball Rolling Class
- uses specialised balls to lengthen and release muscles
- at the end of this fabulous class you'll feel like you
have had an 80 minute massage!

Somatic Awareness Class

Yielding our Tension - Finding our Tone

Thursday 20th September 6pm - 7.30pm
This class has a focus on sensing our connection to the support
of where our bodies meet the ground.

Sensory Movement Workshop

Moving and Resting our Bones

This Full Day Workshop on Sunday 9th September, offers an exploration 
through sensing and feeling, of how the mind is expressed through
moving the body, moment by moment.

Inner awareness develops through movement or resting,
guided by the voice, music, breath, sound and touch.

Private Sessions by Appointment

We'd also like to remind all our clients that you are welcome to book
Private Pilates, Private Conscious Touch and Somatic Therapy Sessions.

 

Conscious Touch Therapy offers a silent hour of gentle touch allowing
for the conscious experience of a deeply relaxed state.

 

Private Somatic Therapy Sessions further investigate our sense of self through
breath, sound, touch and guided or intuitive movement as therapy.

Julie will be attending a 3 day APMA residential conference in Victoria in term 3. 

New learnings to bring home to PilatesJ to share with all clients.
