    What readers are saying...

I’m so appreciative of the many positive advance book reviews and comments Blood Memory Society is receiving. One of the most recent blurbs that came from my mentor and friend Steve Berry is especially humbling…

“A highly imaginative and richly unique story. My only regret is I didn’t think of it first.”

—Steve Berry, #1 International and NYT Bestselling Author

    Here are a few others…

“...The thriller abounds with exacting prose...enthralling premise...”

    —Kirkus Reviews

“Blood Memory Society combines the elements of sci-fi, adventure, and thriller genres to take you on a rollercoaster ride of a lifetime.”

—5 stars, Readers’ Favorite Book Reviews

“The plot is deep and intriguing…characters are well developed….”

    —5 stars, Bestsellers World

Goodreads:  Here's the "buzz" from early readers...

“What a fascinating premise. The action started right away and it held my interest from the beginning to the end. It had good pacing and I didn't want to stop reading….”

The story is told masterfully, reminding me often of Brandon Sanderson's Stormlight Archive series; blending science, medicine and imaginative thrills to create an exciting ride where memories join with the present to form the world's wisest minds. Only someone wants them eliminated and will stop at nothing to prevent them from solving the greatest problems of our time! Enjoy the twists and turns as you enter into the Blood Memory Society!

“As soon as I started my advance copy of Blood Memory Society, I could hardly put it down. D.A. Field shared interesting knowledge from his medical background as well as lots of interesting facts about sailing, marine biology, and Civil War history. My favorite aspect of the book, though, was his draw on historical figures and tying them into today's world in a very original way, reminiscent of Dan Brown's Da Vinci Code. Be ready for lots of twists and turns in the plot, making this a highly suspenseful novel based on a very intriguing premise of inherited memory.”

"This book is an exceptionally well written thriller. I found myself thinking and worrying about the protagonist Dr Will Dunbar even while not reading.
Unconditional friendship, brutal betrayal, love, greed, family secrets and international conspiracy are all involved in the novel's stunning twists and turns. I also enjoyed the beautiful description of diverse sea life in the coral reefs and information about our civil war."
