Have you ever found yourself drifting off to sleep during meditation? 😴 If so, you’re definitely not alone! It’s completely normal, and sometimes it’s just your body’s way of asking for rest. In my latest blog post, 'Falling asleep during meditation? Here’s how to stay present and awake,' I share five tips to help you stay alert during practice, while also reminding you that it’s OK to fall asleep from time to time. After all, mindfulness is about listening to your body and taking care of yourself. Click the button below to read the post and discover how you can stay present and awake during your practice, with plenty of self-kindness along the way. |

Remember, mindfulness is about being kind and present with your experience regardless of it being pleasant, unpleasant, or neutral. So, whether you stay awake or drift into a nap, you’re still practising self-care. I encourage you to approach your meditation practice with curiosity, not judgement. Each moment offers a chance to listen to your body and respond with compassion. Wishing you a lovely week! Warm regards, Pili |
