Greetings Dear Souls,

Happy October ! I just love the way the light changes this time of year. It seems to express an extra level of magic somehow, reminding us of the ephereal, multi-dimensionality of life. The beckoning to go within, invite more stillness and quietude into our every day lives and routines. The call to "Notice" and take stock of things.

The Birds have been extra talkative lately. They are sharing a preparedness for the next step of elemental transformation: The Air Element. Though we are still not quite through the Fire Transformation just yet, and it's been a tough one, witnessing the world stage this past year and a half, the Birds are sharing a bit of what's in store for this next and final elemental alchemy.

 Air Element

What comes to mind when thinking about the Air element ? What qualities does it possess or reflect ? I associate it partly with our mental processes. This will be a time of bringing the shadow aspects of the mind to the surface to be looked at and worked through. PURIFICATION OF THE MIND: How do our thoughts affect and influence our world and our bodies ? Judgement, manipulation, monkey-mind, deception, stories, progamming and Mind-Control are all things that will be coming to the surface to observe, notice and transmute, knowing we have other choices that can be made.

We can also expect a surge of new ideas and technologies that assist us in the evolution of humanity. Some of it may be shadow technologies, so it is imperative that we practice the art of discernment, not believing everything we hear or see, and filtering it through our own awareness to see if it resonates for us. The Power of the Mind will be expanding, using latent aspects of our DNA, now coming online to assist us with new ways and gifts to explore what is possible and "new" ways to see. So follow the inspiration that comes to you and don't be afraid to bring your new ideas into the world.

PURIFICATION OF THE AIR we breathe ! Our skies have been poisoned for quite a while now... So we may see more awareness around this, as well as the Weather patterns and how they are being influenced and engineered. What fills our skies ? The impact of flying objects, satellites, etc will also become more prominent as well as the toxins being dumped into our Environment. We get to become more aware and make different choices in what we support.

PURIFICATION OF OUR SPIRITS: Moving from density to lightness. This can really also be seen as a reconnection to Source within, that allows us to realize we are more than our human body. We are transmuting the heaviness we have carried as a species for eons, allowing us to move in a direction of freedom and unity. This lightens our load, so to speak, creates more JOY in our hearts and a song in our step.

We may also come to realize how much help we are getting from unseen sources, that we are not alone, and we are all connected to everything that makes up this existence.

This elemental transmutation will bring more awareness to the quality of our air, and how it is related to the quality of our breathe and furthermore connected to the quality of our minds and Spirits. Discernment is a key as well as "noticing". As you may have observed, the 'Art of Noticing' is a key theme throughout my newsletters because that is a huge part of our process of becoming more Embodied and Present in this evolutionary process.

What We’re Up To

October offers many opportunities to step outside of our comfort zones. I certainly am trying some new ventures that are gently pushing against what I thought I could do or wanted to do, in the name of expansion and conquering lingering fears.
