Season 8 has begun! On August 8th, there was a TransparenTea Time with Founder Molly W. Schenck where she shared some shifts happening with GBC this season. One big shift with Grey Box Collective this season is that we're leaning into being a project based company which means creatives have more flexibility around commitment to projects - instead of committing to the whole season, it's possible to hop into a project for a month or so then take a break. This shift comes from noticing a need for more opportunities for creatives to enter and exit the company to adapt to life changing.

So, this means you'll see opportunities rolling out somewhat regularly over the next several months. There's lots more on the horizon, but for now check out the current ways to get involved below:
