The End of Summer

We hope you are enjoying your last full month of summer. It is important to rest and recharge. If you don't slow down to take care of yourself, you may find out you've been wearing the wrong size shoes for 5 years like Dr. Rubin did this week.

It's a good thing she took that vacation and was finally able to devote some time to herself!

Getting a gynecology exam can be really scary, especially if you don't know what to expect. We've heard of far too many horror stories of patients being rushed, disrespected and traumatized at their visits.

We want better for our kids than we had for ourselves, and part of that means being provided a kind and educational first gynecologic exam.

In this video, Andrea our Nurse Practitioner breaks down the mystery of the speculum, the number one feared-item at gyn visits.

Schedule your teen or young adult for their first visit today. We have openings before they start school!

Vacation for Dr. Rubin

Can you believe my kids have never been to a beach? Not my proudest parenting fact, but we are changing that this August!

Dr. Rubin will be out of the office August 15-26 since the kids are between camp and school.

The office will be open and Andrea and Sophia will be around to help if you need anything.
