Hello, my friends! I can't believe it's finally March! Spring is almost upon us. I am getting excited about the promise of warmer weather. It's the time of year when I usually start getting antsy, and I am ready for the winter to be a thing of the past.
Lately, I have focused more on grounding and ensuring I feel balanced and centered throughout my day. For tips on how to ground yourself, check out the links below.
As I mentioned in my previous newsletter, one of my goals this year is to "finish what I started" and try to complete things rather than sign up for something new. The practice of "grounding" has helped me keep my focus and not overextend myself like I usually do.
The promise of spring makes it hard for me to sit still for long. Spring is about planting seeds for future success, whether a tomato plant or a new business venture. It's about spring cleaning and clearing out the stale debris.
I plan to look at what I am already doing and innovate vs. start something new. I continue to practice grounding, especially when I feel like I am going off the rails.
Enjoy the warmer weather and longer days to come!
Good luck with your "planting and gardening"!
Namaste, Michelle
