Bubble Church starts this week!

Bubble Church is a Sunday church service especially for babies, toddlers, and young families that's accessible and fun.

You turn up 10 mins before it starts for a croissant and a coffee, then you'll be guided to a 'bubble', and you and your little ones will share in 30 mins of song, story, puppets, and prayer.

The first Bubble Church is on Sunday 21st January at 9am. If you can, please RSVP using the link below so that we can prepare for numbers. Thank you!

Lent Course 2024

Lent will soon be here, and we will be holding a lent course for those who wish to explore ideas and pray during the holy season.

Exploring God's Mercy is a short course for small groups that focuses on five classic images of the Christian gospel which are woven through scripture and the Christian tradition: Lost and finding the way; Trapped and set free; Sick in soul and healed; In turmoil and being at peace; Barren and becoming fruitful.

The book costs £7.99 from Church House Publishing. If you would like to participate, feel free to buy the book yourself. If you would like help getting the book, or if the cost is a worry, please get in touch.

More details about the course will be announced soon.

Grounds Day

On Saturday 3rd February we will be having a rally round in the church grounds. This will include collecting leaves, and having a tidy-up, and weather-permitting, a bonfire. If you are able to help, please come along from 10am til 12pm. Hot drinks and bits to eat will be provided! Do wrap up warm! Thank you in advance for helping to keep our churchyard beautiful.

Soup and Sandwich Lunch

The Mothers' Union will be hosting a Soup and Sandwich Lunch on Sunday 25th February at 12pm in the Church Hall. Sign up at the back of church or email Alyson. This event is open to all!

Heating in the Church and Hall

Recently the heaters in the Hall especially have been struggling to keep the space warm, despite being on for hours. It is something we are trying to resolve — we all want our space to be as comfortable and useable as possible. We hope that a service of the heaters may help, and the newly formed Buildings and Grounds Group is looking at long-term solutions. Thank you for your patience. If you would like to discuss this, or discuss the use of other spaces (Choir Vestry, Goundry Room, Church, St Andrew Chapel, Basement etc.) please contact us.

Junior Church and Crèche Contacts

We are updating our contact and permission information for our Children and Young People. If your child attends the Junior Church or Crèche, please complete a form, available from Louise, or below.
