Student Leap Card

We are delighted to announce that we are now a printerless agent for Student Leap card. For full-time 2nd & 3rd level students, you can now come into your youth centre in Navan where we will validate your details, take payment and confirm your new card.

No more treks to your college, trips up to Dublin or figuring if COVID has closed your student office. Just 5 minutes with us and your card will be posted to you.

Complete the application online and bring in your code and confirmation from your college.

Like so much currently, the event will happen online. Register by clicking the link below. Once registered we will be in touch to organise a pack of materials you will need for the day.

The whole event is free and everything you receive and create is yours to keep forever.

Teen Support Group

Do you know a young person who is affected by their siblings drink or alcohol abuse?

Youth Work Ireland Meath, along with other organisations, are creating a Teen Support Group where they will develop their resilience and coping skills and be able to voice their own concerns in a safe environment. It is county wide and young people will be supported in getting to the location of the project.

Community Lunches

We are hosting a set of Community lunches in Laytown/Bettystown and Kells for local volunteers and decision makers to come together and discuss issues facing young people in their area.

Through sharing information and knowledge, the informal lunches will be a valuable exercise in strengthening the voice of young people, their parents, agencies and local representatives.

The aim is to create a coordinated plan of action for the future provision of services for young people in the county.

If you wish to take part, contact Lisa on 087 0906062 or email lisa@youthworkirelandmeath.ie

Supported by Meath County Council Community Grant Fund.

Bug Hotel
