Hello RV on Call customer,
RV on Call is pleased to welcome Mike Stilley, our new RV repair service partner!
Mike brings extensive knowledge and experience to this role - he is friendly and dependable, and looks forward to helping customers across the Triangle with a variety of RV repair and technical service needs.
Mike has over 12 years of professional experience with RV manufacturers and dealers as a repair and assembly line technician. He has worked as an RV technician and team leader at Stealth Trailers, Coachmen RV, and Braxton Creek RV in Indiana, and most recently Howard RV Center in Wilmington, NC. His specialties include plumbing, LP gas, appliances, structural/cosmetic, inspections, hitches, and general repair.
Mike is actively involved in continuing education and training through RV Technical Institute, and he hopes to ultimately progress to the level of Master Technician. This summer Mike and his family relocated to North Carolina from Lagrange, Indiana, and they are excited to make NC their new home.
Through this partnership, RV on Call is now able to fulfill a greater range of services, including major RV repair, installations, customization, and retrofits.
Going forward, Pete Sullivan will continue engaging with RV on Call customers upon initial inquiry. If repair service is desired Pete will work with customers to confirm scope of work and develop quotes, and then coordinate with Mike to deliver services. When quotes are accepted Mike will follow up with customers to schedule appointments, assist with follow up questions, and perform mobile RV service work on site.
