The demand for our Winter Pickleball League was more than we had ever anticipated. We had 105 players on our waitlist!

We opened registration last week and were completely full within less than 24 hours. Love to see how many people are interested in a Pickleball league. We wish we had more spots available.

What is DUPR?

Many of you have probably heard about the rise of the player rating system called DUPR. Let's break down what it actually is and how it works.

DUPR stands for Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating.

  • All players regardless of age, gender, location, skill are rated on the same scale between 2.00-8.00

  • Global rating system

  • It's FREE to sign up & only need one match to have a rating

  • How is it calculated?

    • Uses players last 30 (singles) or 60 (doubles) eligible matches

    • 3 factors:

      • Points Won: How many points did you win?

      • Victory: Did you win or lose?

      • Type of Result: Was this a self-posted rec play score, a league match, unsanctioned tournament, or a sanctioned tournament result?

With their latest partnership with Pickleball.com, MLP, & PPA , it looks like DUPR is set to become the leader in player rating systems.

Locally we saw North Ridge Racket & Paddle adopt DUPR as well and I bet they won't be the only one.

For even more detailed information about DUPR, head on over to their website HERE & sign up for an account.
