International Overdose Awareness Day

International Overdose Awareness Day is the world’s annual campaign to end overdose, remember without stigma those who have died, and acknowledge the grief of the family and friends left behind.

In recognition of International Overdose Awareness Day, we worked with the members of Strong Arms Support Group to relaunch the opioid education page on our website and created a new community campaign. Be sure to check it out!

Mental Health America's "Back to School Toolkit"

In 2022, young people are increasingly facing challenges that even adults are not sure how to handle. The COVID-19 pandemic brought with it social isolation, more conflict at home, and for some, the loss of a parent or caregiver.

MHA’s 2022 Back to School toolkit aims to help students, parents, and school personnel tackle topics like grief, fitting in, and difficult home life as we begin a new school year.
