Trust & Safety is a nascent field in Tech, that has risen in demand with the rise of social media and user generated content. Most tech companies that deal with user generated content tend to have this function, especially once they achieve a certain scale.

It sounds really simple, but in practice, it's like playing a game of whack-a-mole, but with some seriously bad folks - think pedophiles, neo-nazis, or some really uncomfortable topics - like hate speech or suicidal content."
