ILLUMINATION DYNAMICS The first building at The Center at Needham Ranch in Newhall, California nears completion. This is building 1 of 6 in phase I of this Master Planned development by Trammel Crow Company. Building 1 will be the new home of Illumination Dynamics anticipated by end of the year. JAC is very excited to be a part of creating their new space in partnership with HPA Architects. This is a 67,000 square foot industrial building. All interior walls, doors, windows, and lighting are installed and final finishes being applied now. We're approaching the home run phase, so keep an eye out for future updates. |

CALIFORNIA RESOURCES CORP. It was very exciting to see a year long project come to completion and to the level of quality everyone expected. The CRC team is super impressed by Keane Constructors' superior skill in delivering the highest quality in construction. The design team at SAA created an exceptional design that landed perfectly with the clients program and contemporary corporate style. JAC provided project management as Tenant Representative for this 35,000 square foot interior tenant improvement. |

TRUE NORTH INVESTORS - L’Oréal / Salon Centric L’Oréal / Salon Centric new Call Center at Valencia Corporate Plaza in Santa Clarita, California is nearing completion. Walls, doors and ceilings are up and low voltage cabling is installing the week of 10/7/19. JAC was honored to provide both Architectural Design and Project Management services for this 8,000 s.f. interior Tenant Improvement. Another project delivered by Keane Constructors, this project is expected to complete just before Christmas 2019. |

MICHOACANA Our favorite Mexican ice cream franchise finally opened up after nearly 9 months of design, permitting, and construction. JAC provided full architectural design services for this new franchise owner in Canyon County, California. This 1,500 s.f. ice cream facility will be a welcome addition to the area with its close proximity to the areas largest skate-park and recreation center. |
