Special Announcements Senior Kickoff: We will have our annual Senior Kickoff meeting on Saturday, July 25th at 10:00 AM via Google Meet to begin the 2021 college application process. An email will be sent closer to date, but please save this date on your calendars - we will discuss important changes in this year's application process and begin each senior's individual profiles. If you have any questions, please contact Ann Idichandy. Special PSDP Session: On July 11 (10 AM EST, 7:30 PM IST), we will have a special PSDP session that includes our international students. Please make every effort to attend and meet fellow IEF students across the seas. General Announcements - G-Suite Transition: If you have not done so already, please follow the instructions from this video and complete the transition to your G-Suite account. Contact techteam@iefausa.org if you get stuck.
- IEF Library & Book Lending Program: We have created a library with donated college textbooks from our students. If you would like to borrow a textbook for your class, you can do so from our library. Please contact Shevin Joseph for more details.
- Scholarships: Please begin applying to the various scholarships available from our scholarship list and NACAC's scholarship list. The sooner you begin applying, the more chances you have of winning and saving for your college education. Scholarships for international students can be found here.

WAH Option for Volunteer Service With the office closed indefinitely due to the COVID-19 pandemic and CDC's instructions, Work At Home (WAH) shifts are open on When I Work. Below are instructions to sign up: - Log into When I Work, look at the open shifts, select a shift that works with your schedule. Only sign up if you can volunteer at that time, canceling at the last minute or forgetting you signed up are not valid excuses.
- Contact Ann Idichandy, through text (267-304-7520) at least 24 hours prior to shift time, stating you would like to WAH and state the time you signed up on When I Work.
- An email will be sent before your shift with your assignment. At the start of your shift, sign into the Time Clock and begin your work.
- At the end of your shift, sign out the Time Clock and send your summary.
