30 Days of Power Walking

Are you ready to take on the challenge?

 

If so, this time of year is the perfect time and I'm so excited to offer you my 30-day power walking program.    

 

Walking is a refreshing alternative to working out and you will no doubt see the benefits quicker than going to the gym.   Scientists at the University of Pittsburgh recently revealed that overweight people who walked briskly for 30 to 60 minutes a day lost weight even if they didn't change any other lifestyle habits. 

 

Isn't this fantastic to hear? 

So whether your goal is to lose weight or just stay active, you have made the right decision by joining other like-minded women like yourself on this 30 day journey.

When and Where do we meet?

 

Start Date:  July 29th - Aug 31st, 2019

 

Duration:  7pm-8pm during the week for 30 days (Weekend times are at 8am)

 

Where:  Rotary Park by the Pavilion, Ajax

 

 

Please arrive at 6:45pm for warm up and pep-talk.

 

Bring a bottled Water and a light hoodie or sweater.
