Selfcare September has been my underlying and sometimes lying in the sun, kaupapa for this moonith. I have has some amazing insights into my self-care, and am totally continuing this for the rest of the year, to create good habits and then all going well,

self-care will be normal for me from here on, and the word selfish won't feel so harsh on my tongue. Looking after me, means I am more available for my whanau and all of you. 

The school holiday classes have changed...

We will be dancing this Thursday the 3rd of October in the Memorial Hall, beach front, Paekākāriki 930-1130am

The second week of the school holidays,

there will be NO classes.

This means N.O.

Selfcare September helped me to see that I'm going to take the week of the 7th of October off to celebrate, my 42nd year and all of the good things that surround me, make some mahi toi/art, find me some hot pools and have a pause. The following week has me heading to assist Geordie Jahners ongoing.  Classes will go ahead with Alan holding space for your dance.

Thursday Morning Move and Include 17th October > we start class at 930am,

please be on the floor and ready to go. The doors open 15mins before so come a bit early,

get settled, have a stretch, get in early for those nice blankets!!

and take up some floor space.

I will be starting a new sign in register at the door when you arrive.

I have thought into this and YES our tamariki are welcome on the floor.

Please note tho parents, your wonderful humans will be your responsibility in the space, I am okay with them dancing and being in the nock that I create. There will be paper and drawing equipment, if they require anything else, please bring what they need.

Children 8 and over only please, and if they have their own ear protectors I really do recommend they wear them x
