Giving Hope To The BA Community Sept. 2022 Newsletter |

We would first like to thank everyone for their incredible support over the past 6 months. We started BARE with the intention of creating impactful change within the biliary atresia community. We never thought we would have been embraced and supported as quickly, and as largely, as we have since we launched back in February. Since this is our first newsletter, we thought it important to state that BARE will always be focused on the topics and issues that matter to our biliary atresia community. We look forward to using the newsletter as a way to communicate all the exciting things we have in the pipeline as well as identifying any opportunities for the community to get involved. Your support is what makes this organization possible. Cheers, Jen & Jordan |

If you haven't heard, BARE is hosting it's first Biliary Atresia Symposium in Chicago, IL on May 5-6, 2023! This is possible due to the generous support of Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. With the help of our medical advisory council and community members such as you, we are creating an agenda that will drive education, innovation and bring together families impacted by BA. We will continue to update our community regarding registration, agenda, etc., as we finalize. |

The BARE IT ALL Podcast is something we came up with after identifying how we rarely see conversations about some of the most vulnerable experiences patients & caregivers go through. Because of this, we wanted to use the platform to BARE. IT. ALL. The good experiences, the bad experiences and everything in between. We aim to have conversations rarely seen on social media or other platforms. We are finalizing our first season and look forward to releasing to the public very soon! |
