The Youth Charter congratulates and celebrates the historic medal winning achievements of Dame Sarah Storey as she wins her 3rd Gold Medal at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics and her 17th Gold Medal out of total of 26 medals won at eight Paralympic Games from Barcelona 1992 to Tokyo 2020, having also set 75 world records throughout her illustrious career. |

Throughout her career, from a teenage athlete of 14 to a mature athlete of 43, Dame Sarah Storey has always given back as a Youth Charter Ambassador. Dame Sarah was part of the Youth Charter's journey from our launch as a legacy of the Manchester 2000 Olympic bid in 1993 to the present day. Dame Sarah depicts the vision, mission, aims, objectives and values of the Youth Charter and our work on the streets, inner city, suburban and rural, locally, nationally and internationally. |
