YES!!!!....We've made it through winter! We can now enjoy the more cheerful, bright colours of Spring 🌻

Flourish in April 🐰🌟

This month I've unravelled my paddleboard, dusted off my running shorts and I'm loving the feeling of warmth on the skin and my toes dipping into the lakes and sea! I love to exercise outdoors but I know without my Pilates, Strength & Cardio workouts that I wouldn't feel as ready as I do for all the fun activities I love to do💖

Studio Pilates
Easter is over and I've eaten a bit too much chocolate - Oops! It's time to get back to it and tone the muscles, mobilise the joints and strengthen that core. We've got a few hurdles of Bank Holidays to jump over but I'm ready to go...are you? 🧘‍♂️👉🏻
