Long-Time YCL Librarians Celebrate Retirement Two familiar library faces have decided to move on. Page Hendrix of the Main Library and Laurie Hawkins of the Lake Wylie Library both recently retired after 41 and 24 years with YCL, respectively. To celebrate, the libraries held drop-ins for the staff and the public, with gifts, party snacks, cake, and lots of well-wishes. Congratulations, Page and Laurie! Thank you for your many years of service and all the fond memories. We wish you both the best and hope you enjoy "the next chapter!" |
