i haven't seen you in ages. hi! so ya' girl may have unintentionally slipped into another one of her trademark social media hiatuses, but fear not—exciting developments have been simmering in the background during this extended break. Oopsies, indeed! but like always, I can't wait to spill the beans and share all the amazing things that have been happening over these past few months.

in december of 2023, i moved into my first ever art studio space. the anticipation for an opportunity like this had been building within me for quite some time, as my bedroom back at home was gradually proving a tad too small to contain all my creations. the opportunity of occupying this beautiful, brilliant space presented itself rather unexpectedly. over several years, i've been curating images of various art studios on various pinterest boards. it felt as though the universe literally bestowed upon me a place that perfectly encapsulated everything i had envisioned for an art space. the gratitude for ending up here is overwhelming, and i eagerly await to witness how this place observes my growth :) currently, i'm in the process of crafting a little settling-in/makeover video series for my youtube channel. i aim to imbue this space with an even greater sense of home. though the changes are unfolding at their own leisurely pace, the joy of witnessing this place undergo a transformation is truly wonderful. |

i soak up the most stunning sunlight in the evenings here, and the room gets filled with these adorable little rainbows - courtesy of my suncatcher crystal. there's this genuine magic in the air when i get to create here :3 |

and for a while there, I even hustled on a tabletop propped up with a cardboard box since I didn't have a desk yet, but the vibe was just as satisfying as any other.

as i spent those hours packing up the creative realm i built within my bedroom, it felt like I was gently peeling away layers of its personality. the space seemed to slowly lose its essence, becoming strangely empty and unfamiliar, especially since my bedroom was basically 90% art studio. in the nights leading up to the move, emotions ran high – a mix of excitement, nervousness, and more excitement. yet, as I settled into both of my new spaces – the art studio and an actual bedroom – a soothing sense of calm washed over me. I've come to appreciate the beauty of having a clear separation between my work and home life. it's a refreshing change that brings a new level of balance and harmony. and i am absolutely loving it. |

but oh! the streak of new adventures didn't just end there. a mere week after moving into the new studio, I dropped my inaugural collection - the 2024 collection of calendars and illustrated products. |

this collection was a wild 3 months in the making, a big part of the reason I've been MIA on instagram and youTube for a bit. I've poured days and nights into this collection, with multiple trips to printers and vendors, and a few discoveries of awesome eateries (for refuelling between printing) along the way. hehe. |

seeing my ideas come to life as tangible products was beyond thrilling, and even more exciting was witnessing them being genuinely loved by you guys. I've clocked the highest number of sales on my website this past month, and fulfilling all the orders has been incredibly rewarding. |

as a little inaugural ceremony, on the day of the opening of the NESSART16 studio, I hosted a sweet, laid-back pre-launch sale where everyone who swung by could snag my products before they hit the shelves.
it was a blast, and I felt delightfully sneaky since I hadn't even uploaded the listings on my website yet. super exclusive vibes. |

with so many new things happening around me, I've been brimming with excitement and motivation. every day, I inch a little closer to achieving my dream, and this new space has played a significant role in that journey.
I'm eagerly anticipating all the new opportunities that this space will unfold for me, and how I'll grow here, both personally and in my business. while I take my time settling into this new phase of life, I'll be bringing you along for the ride. a heartfelt thank you to 2024; this is shaping up to be the year of new beginnings. and of course, maintaining that positive energy, I'm sending you all the good vibes from my heart to yours, and I genuinely hope you have the best year yet.
