Details, Details, Details Please bathroom your child before you bring them to class. Be sure to label all of your children's items so there is less chance of losing them. Please dress your child in comfortable play clothes and tennis shoes, or shoes with soft soles. We move around a lot, and will be getting messy. Weather permitting, we may go outside. You may want to include the following items in your child's backpack extra clothes, jacket refillable water bottle, sun glasses, hat, bug spray, and sunscreen (applied at home). Arrival/Departure times for preschool are very important. Preschool starts at 9:10. The doors will open at 9:00am. Please make sure to be on time, so that your child doesn't miss out on any of the fun learning we have planned for them. When it is time to go home, the doors will open at 11:50 for half day students and 3:20 for full day students. To avoid late fees it is important that you pick up your child on time.

*In the past we've collected donations in the office. This year you will find a red wagon outside the office to collect your donations. Please put your donation in the little red wagon and fill out our donation sheet so we can properly thank you! |

LUNCH BUNCH Lunch Bunch is for half day students. To enjoy this fun filled social learning experience just let the teacher know when you sign in your child. Please remember to put an ice pack in your child's lunch box. The cost for lunch bunch is: $5.50 12:00-1:00 $11.00 12:00-2:00 |

Fire Fighter Day 10/04 & 10/05 Fire fighters are COMING to Stone Church Preschool! Students get to see a REAL fire truck up close and meet with some of our super cool local firefighters as they give them a tour of their fire truck! Pumpkin Patch Day 10/19 & 10/20 Pumpkins, pumpkins who wants a PUMPKIN...? You do not want to miss out on our school pumpkin patch! Students will get to enjoy a hayride, and a yummy pumpkin snack after they pick a pumpkins. Later we will be painting our chosen pumpkin! Fall Parties 10/30 & 10/31 Dress up in a school friendly costume and enjoy a day full of fun! Parents/Guardians/Grandparents you are welcome to stay in the morning for our fall party. Please be on the look out for a volunteer sign up sheet. It will be located outside the school office. This is where you can sign up to bring treats, drinks, party supplies, and/or sign up to help run games and crafts. |

If our Secretary, Ms. Stacie is away from her desk and you need to turn anything into the office, please find this envelope (pictured) at the parent station table just outside the office doors. Please be sure to fill out the front and set it at her desk. Thank you! |

Preschool Payments: You can make payments in the office with cash, check or card. You can also pay online through our website. When making payments through our website please add child's name and what the payment is going towards i.e. tuition, lunch bunch, extra hours etc. to the "description". If you need to pay for multiple things, for example Tuition and Lunch Bunch, you can pay all of it together in one payment, it does not need to be separate payments. |

We are looking for some wonderful, nurturing, awesome people who love to play with kiddos. If you would like to be a substitute, please let the office know. No experience needed. |

COMMUNICATION In order to keep you informed on what is happening at the preschool, we use several forms of communication. |
|
|
1. Outside the office there is a parent station. You will find ink pens, paper and paper clips for your use to make communication easier to give to the office. On the wall you will find info. of what is happening at school. 2. We send out text messages by using a free software called "Remind". If you have not responded to the invitation, please do so or contact the office. 3. We also send out information via email. scp@stonechurchpreschool.org 4. Our website has valuable information! Don't forget to check it out. (tuition, payments, calendar, newsletter, school cancelation etc.) www.stonechurchpreschool.org 5.
