Last year, we created over 100 units for members in Aberfan, Merthyr Vale and Mount Pleasant, funded by Invest Local Ynysowen.

In 2021, we plan on another free craft bag project, only this time, we hope to cover the whole of the Merthyr Tydfil County Borough!

We have not applied for funding for the project at this time because we want to see how many we need to prepare for. This is because we need to ensure we apply for the correct amount and not leave ourselves short or with any underspend.

If you are interested, please register your interest today. By registering, you will be the first to be offered the chance of ordering the pack(s).

We intend on creating about 10% more than those that expressed an interest to accommodate additional requests.

If we do not have significant interest in the project, we may not be able to run the project. This is because it will make the project too expensive.

We're looking for interest in a minimum of 100 units, this also includes "family packs" - but we'd love to see more.

We will keep you updated with our progress in these newsletters.

The 'first chance' opportunity will be sent to you giving you one week to place your order from the time the opportunity is sent.

The only 'rule' for this year is that you have an address in Merthyr Tydfil.
