Mindful Viewing I think we all could use some inspiration right now. I was happy I watched this Ted talk by biologist Paul Stamets (11:37), who is also central to the amazing and beautiful film Fantastic Fungi, In his Ted Talk he shares important and inspirational info about how the often overlooked (and easily accessible) mushrooms and fungi can help our immunity AND the health of our environment (like transforming oil spills and cigaret butts into soil).
