End of Season Awards - Congratulations to Victoria Galante ‘29 (Most Inspirational Player) and Seeret Mavi ‘26 (Most Valuable Player) on their accomplishments this season! |
Most Inspirational Player - awarded to the player that has increased their impact on the team in a positive way from the beginning to the end of the season. Victoria was new to our club this Fall and quickly became a big presence on the field. It has been exciting to watch her grow to become a leader on the U12/14 team, leading them to their first tournament win at our April Play Day. She is always eager to take advantage of any opportunity to play and improve. We can’t wait to see her continue to succeed with the High School Travel Team this Fall! |
Most Valuable Player - awarded to the player that had the largest impact on the team on and off the field. It has been a lot of fun seeing Seeret take on a leadership role this year both on and off the field. She was thrust into one of the most important positions on the field in the Fall and worked hard, seeking extra feedback, increasing her training outside of our practice, and watching more field hockey to become the vocal and consistent center back that anchored our team’s undefeated finish at Winter Escape in January. She also took on coaching the U10s this Spring and helping at weekly practices wherever she was needed. We are looking forward to her continued growth & contributions to the club over the next 2 years! |
