Walker Addition
 
More progress on the exterior, we are now almost done outside! 
The homeowner's are hard at work getting everything inside painted, the tile for the floors and showers are done; we're in the final stretch!

Maintenance Reminders

Are you ready for the snow?
 
check door weatherstripping and replace any that have damage or light/air leaks
make sure all your outdoor hose bibs have frost protection covers
make sure any ceramic pots are inside or under cover to prevent breaking

check all the expiration dates on the fire extinguishers around the house 
clear your gutters while you're hanging Christmas lights
 

Maria's Color Pick of the Month
Well, I chose a purple-ish color for my office, started painting, and realized I HATED it. So, I took some of my leftover deep teal paint from our master bathroom and mixed them together and got a gorgeous blue color that I am really happy with!! My tile isn't done, but I got moved back in to the office so I can function. That is largely why you didn't see a November newsletter!

On a personal note

Hawaii
Although Curt hasn't been back to the island it hasn't stopped progress. We have a great hand there that has been hard at work, installing a fence and a gate to hopefully prevent further theft from the property when no one is there. 

Reagan
17 months, 16 teeth, 33" tall; our girl is growing up so fast. She is working on walking & talking, and loves getting into mischief. She's got a great sense of humor and loves to wrestle! She can point out almost all of the objects in her books and her recognition skills are awesome.
